Typical Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (buyers and sellers), understand their needs, and provide expert advice.
  • Property Marketing:Create and implement effective marketing strategies, including creating compelling marketing materials, conducting property viewings, and organizing open houses to attract potential buyers.
  • Sales & Negotiation:Market properties effectively, negotiate property sales and contracts to secure favorable terms for clients, and guide them through the closing process.
  • Market Analysis:Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) to estimate property values, stay updated on market trends, and provide insights to clients.
  • Transaction Management:Coordinate with legal, finance, and other teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and facilitate the completion of all necessary paperwork, such as contracts and deeds.
  • Reporting:Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role is essential.
  • Licensing: A valid real estate license is required in most jurisdictions.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, relevant legislation, and local trends is crucial.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills are vital for success.

  • Sales & Marketing: Proficiency in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain a robust client database using CRM software.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office Suite, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and other property management tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate market data and property values effectively.
  • Networking: Ability to develop a network of contacts with mortgage lenders, contractors, and legal professionals to refer clients
