Trackpi Private Limited, a leading Kochi-based business consulting firm, is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Service Executive to support our growth initiatives. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting tailored consulting solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, deliver presentations, and contribute to strategic business goals. Strong communication skills, market awareness, and a target-driven mindset are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable consulting solutions offered by Trackpi.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Monitor industry trends, market movements, and competitor activity to strategize business growth.
  • Participate in meetings, campaigns, and client visits as required.
  • Provide continuous feedback to management on market insights and potential business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Good understanding of sales processes, market research, and lead-generation techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Strong presentation and proposal-writing abilities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business activities when required.

Salary :

Rs.15,000 – Rs.18,000 per month (based on experience)
