Role & responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls efficiently and provide prompt, courteous service to patients and customers.
  • Manage outbound calls for follow-ups, reminders, and feedback collection.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for OPD, diagnostic, and consultation services.
  • Maintain and update patient records in the hospital system (HIS/CRM).
  • Provide information regarding hospital facilities, doctors availability, and consultation timings.
  • Coordinate with departments like OPD, Billing, Laboratory, Radiology, and Admission for smooth service delivery.
  • Escalate unresolved patient issues or service requests to the concerned department or supervisor.
  • Achieve call handling, quality, and productivity targets as per hospital standards.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance service quality.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient data and follow all hospital policies and procedures.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Polite, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, HIS/CRM tools).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.
