About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Team Lead to join our growing team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of overall mobile app development experience, with at least 3+ years in Flutter and proven leadership capabilities. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, architecting solutions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Flutter developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
  • Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
  • Define best practices for mobile development, coding standards, and architecture.
  • Ensure smooth project execution by breaking down tasks, managing timelines, and monitoring team performance.
  • Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of overall experience in mobile app development.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Flutter experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Dart programming language.
  • Experience with REST APIs, third-party libraries, and Firebase.
  • Solid understanding of mobile app architecture (MVC, MVVM, etc.).
  • Experience in publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience in leading a team or acting as a Tech Lead.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
