In December 2024, ZFunds secured ₹25 crore in seed funding from Elevation Capital and PB Fintech's CEO, Yashish Dahiya, to further enhance its technological infrastructure and expand its distribution network.

About the role

you will be instrumental in empowering our newly empaneled mutual fund distributors to achieve success. You'll be the driving force behind their journey, from clearing the mandatory NISM exam to securing their ARN (AMFI Registration Number). Your dedication will directly contribute to their ability to build a thriving partnership with ZFunds, ensuring a strong foundation for our growing network of distributors.

Responsibilities

• Cohort Management:

Organize and manage training cohorts for newly empaneled mutual fund distributors, ensuring a structured and supportive learning environment.
- Engagement & Motivation:

Proactively communicate with distributors to emphasize the importance of clearing the NISM exam and securing their ARN for their financial success.
- Attendance & Follow-up:

Track daily attendance in training sessions and conduct timely follow-ups with distributors who miss sessions to ensure consistent engagement.
- Exam Facilitation:

Guide distributors through the NISM exam registration process, providing necessary support and reminders to ensure timely completion.
- Performance Monitoring:

Monitor the utilization of Zfunds' training content and mock tests on the Zlearn (Internal LMS) platform, identifying areas for improvement and encouraging consistent engagement.
- ARN License:

Post-NISM exam clearance, diligently follow up with distributors to ensure they initiate and complete the process of securing their ARN.
- Data Management:

Efficiently manage and update distributor data related to their training journey and certification status.
- Collaboration:

Work closely with the Empanelment & Training Delivery team to receive warm leads and ensure a seamless handover of new distributors for training.
- Feedback Collection:

Gather feedback from trainees to continuously improve the training program and content effectiveness.

Qualifications (Required)

• Experience:

Minimum of 1
-2 years of experience

in a sales-oriented role, preferably within insurance sales or financial product distribution, demonstrating strong relationship management skills.
- Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Persistence:

A proven track record of persistence and follow-through in achieving objectives.
- Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel

for data management, tracking, and reporting.
- Education:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
