Job Title: Sr. Manager, Training

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead training and quality initiatives as a function for a client in the financial services industry.

The ideal candidate will oversee standardization, adoption of best practices from the industry, and implement new concepts of training and quality to meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead support for a strategic offering, providing training and quality expertise as a Service for clients
  • Develop metrics and dashboards in line with customer requirements and provide regular updates
  • Ability to lead a team, coordinate with other locations, and drive standardized practices
  • Meet and exceed client metrics, ensuring consistent high-quality performance

Requirements:

  • 11 years of experience in Quality and Training domains in contact center customer service, particularly in banking processes, including fincrime, fraud, and disputes
  • Familiarity with improvement frameworks like six sigma and lean, with Six Sigma Black Belt certification a plus
  • Strong client-facing skills with excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills
  • Thorough knowledge of MS office tools like Power point and Excel critical for the job
