You will manage day-to-day execution across multiple client subreddits and personas. The role requires sharp writing, strong pattern-recognition, and the ability to synthesize conversations into insights and opportunities.

You'll work on:

  • Researching subreddits and identifying posting angles
  • Writing native, high-trust Reddit posts + comments across personas
  • Managing content calendars, daily posting/adhering to SOPs
  • Tracking impressions, engagement & share-of-voice metrics
  • Flagging risks (spam filters, mod rules, tone mismatches) early
  • Supporting founder-led personas with comments, AMAs, reputation management
  • Helping build internal playbooks, templates, and reporting systems

About Us

We're a fast-growing Reddit Growth Studio working with global DTC, wellness, travel, and SaaS brands. Our work sits at the intersection of community-led growth, content strategy, and trust-building. We build founder-led personas, run full-funnel Reddit playbooks, and manage both organic and paid growth experiments.

We're looking for a Reddit Content & Community Associate who can own execution, think strategically, and help us scale our systems. This is a part-time role to start, with a strong possibility of moving into a full-time Creative Strategist track.
