Part-time Reddit Marketing Associate

I am looking for a Reddit-native marketer to join me part-time and support multiple client projects across wellness, travel, and tech domains. This isn’t a copy-paste, spammy promotion role. You’ll be part of building **high-trust communities, delivering value-first content**, and helping brands **earn credibility, not buy it**.

**What You’ll Do**
- Identify relevant subreddits for our clients based on niche, audience, and goals
- Draft, post, and engage in **value-driven threads and comments** under client-approved personas/accounts
- Monitor engagement and **optimize posts for upvotes, discussions, and conversions**:

- Track KPIs like impressions, saves, and engagement quality
- Participate in ideation for **non-promotional content formats** (AMAs, guides, mistake posts, etc.)
- Collaborate via Notion, Slack, and weekly check-ins to stay aligned with evolving strategy

**You’ll Thrive in This Role If You**
- Are active on Reddit (or have been)—you **get** the platform, its tone, subculture, and rules
- Can **write like a human, not a marketer**—your posts sound helpful, curious, or insightful
- Understand how to **speak the language of subreddits** without coming off as promotional
- Are a strong researcher and can back posts with links, insights, or real user stories
- Know how to **balance authority and authenticity**:

- Bonus: You’ve managed or built Reddit accounts for brands before (esp. wellness/DTC/tech)

About us: We’re a small but nimble marketing consultancy working with early-stage startups, wellness brands, and travel companies. We believe in **earned attention over paid ads**, and use Reddit as a powerful influence tool—not a sales channel.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
