We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, creating compelling content, and driving brand awareness through innovative campaigns.

**Responsibilities**
- Create compelling marketing materials using Canva and Figma to support campaigns and branding initiatives.
- Write engaging and effective copy for digital and print marketing assets.
- Experiment with new GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies and growth hacks to drive user acquisition and brand awareness.
- Plan and execute online and offline events, including webinars, conferences, and community engagement activities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in a startup environment with a hands-on approach to marketing.
- Strong digital marketing and SEO knowledge.
- Proficiency in Canva and Figma for design-related tasks.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to think creatively and explore innovative GTM strategies and growth hacks.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in planning and executing online and offline events.
- Passion for technology, startups, and emerging trends in marketing.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
