**Job Overview**:
Looking for a passionate and creative **Marketing Executive/Associate** who is eager to contribute to both brand growth and impact storytelling. You will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and driving engagement.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage and grow company presence on **LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.**:

- Collaborate on the creation of **blogs, case studies, videos**, and **marketing collateral**:

- Track and analyze **marketing metrics** and performance reports
- Support event planning, webinars, and outreach for client and impact programs
- Coordinate with design and tech teams to deliver engaging user experiences
- Help maintain brand consistency and communicate the **social impact narrative** effectively

**Primary Skills (Must-Have)**:

- Hands-on experience with tools like **Canva, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads, Mailchimp**, or similar
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of **social media marketing**, **content strategy**, and **basic design aesthetics**:

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have)**:

- Exposure to **B2B marketing**, **consulting services**, or **impact-focused campaigns**:

- Familiarity with **video editing tools**, **SEO tools** (like SEMrush or Ahrefs)
- Interest or background in **CSR, ed-tech**, or **nonprofit marketing**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1-5 years of experience in **digital marketing**, **brand marketing**, or content-driven roles
- Creative, organized, and driven by a purpose to contribute to **social impact**:
