We're on the lookout for a true research rockstar to join our team as a Marketing Assistant. **What You'll Do** In this role you'll be helping our writing and outreach teams in content production and distibution by building media lists, vetting prospects, creating imagery, conducting market analysis and similar tasks. **What We Value** For this role we're looking for a spreadsheets guy (or gal), who values data-driven approach in marketing over pure creativity. **Your Mission** - Contact list building - journalists, websites, decision-makers, and their contacts. - Data analysis and processing (Excel and Chat GPT). - Charts and infographics creation (using Canva, Visme, Piktochart or similar tools). - Social media (Reddit, Quora, Linkedin) monitoring and basic interactions. **What You Bring to the Table** - 1+ years of experience in SEO or digital PR agency as marketing manager or assistant. - Strong attention to detail (please use the word "secret" in your cover letter). - Exceptional numerical reasoning skills. - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets. - Experience working with Chat GPT. **Perks of the Gig** - Flexible work schedule (Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week). - Performance-based bonuses. - Opportunity to work with exciting digital brands and industry leaders. - An autonomous and efficiency-focused environment without micromanagement or bureaucracy. - 30 days of paid annual leave, $800 a year health&wellness budget. **About us** We are a European boutique digital PR and content marketing agency.
