**Digital Marketing Specialist & Customer Service Representative (Female, Work from Home)**

**Location**: Remote (Work from Home)

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Shift Timings**: 3:30 AM - 12:30 PM

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Digital Marketing**
- Manage and grow social media accounts by creating engaging content, running ad campaigns, and analyzing performance.
- Conduct keyword research, SEO optimization, and implement content marketing strategies.
- Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing platforms.
- Manage and optimize website content for better lead generation and conversions.

**Customer Support**
- Handle live chat support and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Assist customers with questions, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
- Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
- Occasionally handle calls when necessary.

**Who You Are**
- Experienced digital marketer with at least two to three years of proven expertise in executing and managing marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, WordPress, and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Customer-focused with a professional and friendly approach to handling inquiries.
- Ability to work independently and drive marketing success while managing customer interactions.
- **Comfortable with shift hours from 3:39 AM to 12:30 PM.**
