We are is seeking a motivated and ambitious Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both business development and marketing, contributing to the successful launch and growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and target markets.
  • Assist in creating and implementing strategies to attract new customers and increase brand awareness.
  • Support the development and maintenance of relationships with suppliers, vendors, and potential business partners.
  • Assist in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Help in preparing business proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Assist in identifying and evaluating potential strategic alliances, collaborations, and joint ventures.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand the company's reach and establish connections.

Marketing:

  • Support the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing marketing campaign performance and preparing reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Help maintain the FreshMojo website, ensuring that content is up to date and optimized for search engines.
  • Assist in the development and production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Support the planning and execution of events and other marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm for the meal kit delivery industry and a willingness to learn and contribute to the company's success.
