Waytu is India’s first creator-led travel platform where real travelers publish real itineraries. Our mission is to help people discover and plan trips through authentic, budget-friendly travel experiences curated by content creators — detailed, flexible, and optimized for real journeys.

We’re launching with 100+ curated trips and we need driven interns to help us onboard the next wave of travel creators.

Role & Responsibilities

As a **Creator Onboarding Intern**, you will:

- Identify and reach out to travel creators on Instagram, YouTube, Threads, Reddit, and in college communities
- Pitch the value of Waytu and onboard them onto the platform
- Assist creators in publishing their travel itineraries (training will be provided)
- Encourage creators to share their trips on social media (stories, posts, reels)
- Track and report outreach, sign-ups, trip publishing, and social sharing

Stipend & Rewards

**Base Pay**: Performance-based
**Expected Monthly Earnings**: ₹10,000+

You’ll earn for each:

- Creator successfully publishing a trip
- Creator sharing the trip on social media
- Bonus payouts when you cross 5 / 20+ creators onboarded

**Top performers receive**:

- Internship Certificate + Letter of Recommendation
- Recognition as a “Waytu Growth Fellow”
- Priority consideration for future paid roles

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
