Role & responsibilities

  • Curate and support in conceptualizing and executing marketing and communication strategies for all the projects.
  • Coordinate and implement brand campaigns across offline and on-ground mediums, ensuring strict adherence to brand ethos and visual guidelines.
  • Curate and oversee development of high-quality marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, lifestyle films, and campaigns.
  • Conduct market and consumer research to identify evolving lifestyle trends, customer insights, and competitor benchmarks within the premium real estate segment.
  • Manage and collaborate with creative agencies, production partners, and event vendors to ensure exceptional brand delivery.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Design, CRM, and Experience teams to maintain a consistent and elevated customer journey.
  • Plan and execute customer engagement events, influencer collaborations, and public relations initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, ensuring brand consistency and aspirational appeal across all touchpoints.
  • Assist in budget planning and management, focusing on high-impact execution and measurable ROI.
  • Stay attuned to global luxury, fashion, lifestyle trends, and adopting best practices to continuously elevate brand experience.
