Role Summary

We are looking for a Delivery Manager based in Bangalore to lead the end-to-end deployment of Auditnex and Comnex on the private cloud infrastructure of US-based healthcare payers and providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI product deployment, healthcare IT, cloud infrastructure, and customer relationship management.

You will act as a bridge between product, engineering, and client teams, ensuring smooth customization, deployment, and adoption of our AI platforms in complex, regulated environments

Requirements

Technical Skills / Competencies -_________________________________________________________________________

● Engineer (CS) with overall 12+ years of experience with at least 6+ years in project and delivery management of Healthcare products with atleast 2-3 years in AI Driven Healthcare products

● Hands on experience in the technologies - Python, SQL,

● Strong knowledge in process improvement methodologies and tools

Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Key Responsibilities

● Customer Alignment & Onboarding

○ Understand the specific operational, compliance, and technical requirements of US healthcare payers and providers.

○ Collaborate with client stakeholders (IT, Ops, Compliance) to define deployment roadmaps for Auditnex and Comnex.

● Solution Delivery & Deployment

○ Lead the implementation and configuration of Contiinex AI products on client-managed private cloud infrastructure.

○ Coordinate with internal engineering teams to customize features based on client workflows.

○ Ensure HIPAA and other regulatory compliance during delivery processes.

● Project Management

○ Own delivery timelines, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination for multiple client accounts.

○ Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies using agile or hybrid methodologies.

○ Maintain detailed documentation and progress dashboards.

● Client Communication & Stakeholder Management

○ Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery-related discussions with clients.

○ Translate technical details into clear business communication for executives.

○ Build long-term trust and deepen client relationships through consistent performance.

● Quality & Governance

○ Ensure high levels of uptime, performance, and issue resolution through SLAs and governance models.

○ Oversee UAT, QA, and production rollouts, with minimal disruptions to client operations.

Required Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology. MBA is a plus.

● 8+ years of experience in delivery/project/program management in AI/tech-driven product environments. Hands-on experience deploying enterprise software in US healthcare environments (payers or providers). Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance, data privacy, and healthcare interoperability standards.

● Proven experience working with dockers and private cloud environments

● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

● Prior experience deploying AI/ML/NLP or contact center solutions.

● PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification.

● Experience integrating with EHR/EMR systems or healthcare CRM platforms.

● Exposure to US healthcare regulatory landscape and claims workflows.
