Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead - Sales to drive the growth of our digital marketing and branding services. This role requires a dynamic individual who can lead a sales team, identify opportunities, develop strong relationships with clients, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in sales, 5+ years in digital marketing and branding agency, with 5+ years in a team leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to optimize performance and achieve collective goals.
- Set team targets, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for digital marketing and branding services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to design campaigns that support sales initiatives.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Identify client needs and customize digital marketing solutions, including SEO, social media, PPC, content marketing, and branding, to drive business results.
Conduct regular client meetings and deliver presentations to demonstrate the value of GTFs services.
Sales Performance & Reporting
Track and report sales performance metrics to the management team, including revenue forecasts, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
Provide insights on sales progress and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with the operations, product, and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment in branding, messaging, and content that supports sales goals.
Qualifications
- Education: MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media, PPC, content marketing, and branding.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools. Knowledge of CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
