Job Title: Manager - Picking & Export

Job Summary: The Manager - Picking & Export is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire picking and export process from start to finish. This role ensures efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, compliance with export regulations, and smooth coordination with logistics and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise all picking activities to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Oversee the end-to-end export process, including documentation, customs compliance, and coordination with freight forwarders.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for picking and export operations.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize inventory management and space utilization.
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure deadlines are met to avoid delays.
• Liaise with CHA /CFA


• Analyze picking and export performance metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
• Manage and train the picking and export team to maintain high productivity and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and export documentation.
• Handle any discrepancies or issues related to shipments, returns, or damaged goods.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and supply chain teams to forecast demand and manage stock levels.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in warehouse management, order picking, and export operations.
• Strong understanding of export documentation, customs regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
