Eureka Forbes is looking to hire a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Category Manager – Sale of Filters and Spares to own and drive the growth of our Sale of Spares business. This role will be responsible for leading end-to-end category planning, sales planning, pricing, partner performance and customer experience to maximize revenue and availability of spares across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive filters and spare parts sales across
    online and offline markets
    , including partner-led, retail, and digital channels.
  • Develop and implement
    sales strategies, pricing models, and packaging solutions
    to increase revenue and market penetration.
  • Manage
    demand forecasting and inventory planning
    to ensure optimal stock levels and timely availability.
  • Design and execute
    sell-out packages
    and
    loyalty programs
    for partners and technicians to boost engagement and sales.
  • Leverage
    consumer and technician insights
    to identify high-demand products, gaps, and new opportunities.
  • Strengthen
    channel enablement
    through collaboration with distributors, service partners, e-commerce, and marketing teams.
  • Monitor performance through
    KPIs and MIS reports
    , ensuring course corrections as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with
    Service Ops, Product, CRM, Digital, SCM, and Finance
    for seamless execution.
  • Drive
    technology enablement
    to digitize ordering, tracking, replenishment, and loyalty programs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA from a Tier-1 institute
  • 5+years in category management or revenue roles (online & offline Market)
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer focus
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and data skills
  • Agile, execution-driven professional
  • Effective stakeholder and communication skills
