The Category Manager E-Commerce will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of the companys online product categories across multiple e-commerce platforms. This role focuses on strategic planning, portfolio management, digital merchandising, and partnership development to enhance visibility, sales, and profitability in the online channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the e-commerce category strategy to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
  • Manage product portfolio, including listings, pricing, promotions, and content optimization across B2B and B2C platforms.
  • Analyze sales data, consumer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for category growth and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations) to ensure product availability and smooth campaign execution.
  • Plan and execute platform-specific marketing campaigns to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with online marketplaces and key partners to enhance category performance.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as GMV, margins, conversion rates, ROI, and take action to improve results.
  • Drive portfolio expansion and new product launches based on insights, trends, and consumer demand.
  • Stay updated on digital commerce trends, competitive activity, and emerging e-commerce tools to maintain a competitive edge.
