Seeking a technically experienced person in the plastic manufacturing industry only to support the company's operations. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of plastic manufacturing operations, including product development, plastic processing, quality management, equipment selection, and tooling selection. The role involves handling Injection Molding & Vacuum Forming machines, Extrusion processes, and overall plant activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical and Operational Expertise:

  • Provide technical and operational knowledge in plastic processing with excellent troubleshooting abilities.
  • Expertise in various plastic processes such as Injection Moulding, Compression Moulding, Extrusion, and Vacuum Forming.

2. Project and Performance Management:

  • Manage projects effectively, overseeing material procurement, time and cost tracking, resource management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct iterative sessions at each stage of product development to ensure project success.

Requirements and Skills:

  • 10 + years of experience with Diploma/Bachelors Degree (B.E) / Masters Degree (M.E) in Plastic Engineering or a related field, MBA is preferred.
  • Proven experience in man management and effective communication in a managerial role.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with: Injection Molding Machines, Extrusion Machines, Vacuum Forming Machines
  • Superior skills in manufacturing plants, both technical and operational.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
