Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Leader to act as the key link between R&D and Production teams, ensuring a smooth transition from product design to mass production. The role involves working closely with the process and tooling teams, setting

up new production lines, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring operational readiness for new products.

Key Requirements


• Experience: 15+ years in manufacturing engineering, preferably in automotive / seating systems.

• Proven experience in new line setup, tooling coordination, and product industrialization.

• Strong knowledge of sheet metal, plastics moulding, and assembly processes.

• Proven expertise in vacuum forming, press shop, paint shop, fabrication, and extrusion processes.

• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA, PPAP, SPC, and problem-solving tools.

• Hands-on exposure to machine installation, commissioning, and process troubleshooting.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering (masters preferred).
