Job Description: Electrical Engineer

Location: Any of the Manufacturing Units of MDPH Dewasnaka / Rampipliya / Kshipra (Indore)

Department: Operations

Reporting to: Operations Head & Respective Unit Head

Position: Electrical Engineer

Experience: Minimum 3–4 years

Qualification: Graduate in Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, maintain, and ensure the smooth functioning of all electrical systems, machinery, and equipment within the manufacturing unit.
  • Troubleshoot and rectify electrical faults promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain power distribution panels, transformers, motors, and control systems.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports with accurate facts and figures.
  • Communicate technical updates, breakdown analyses, and maintenance reports via email to reporting authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
  • Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
  • Suggest improvements for energy efficiency and cost reduction.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems used in manufacturing setups.
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
  • Proficiency in preparing reports and communicating via email.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and industrial standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
