Job Purpose The Electrical Engineer – Reliability ensures optimal performance and uptime of electrical systems, including power distribution and protection. The role involves diagnostics, testing, and maintenance to enhance reliability and reduce operational downtime.

Job Accountabilities
  • Ensure reliability of electrical systems and power electronics.
  • Monitor performance and lead troubleshooting during failures.
  • Apply advanced diagnostics and predictive testing.
  • Support reliability practices, system upgrades, and maintenance planning.
  • Manage protection systems, relay settings, and testing.
  • Maintain electrical lab, execute maintenance schedules, and support shutdowns.
  • Ensure vendor inspections, statutory compliance, and documentation.
Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical Engineering

Experience:

  • 3-8 years in electrical maintenance and diagnostics
  • Skilled in protection relays, power electronics, and reliability tools
  • Familiar with shutdown planning, SMPs, and SAP/CMMS systems
Key Competencies & Skills
