Role & responsibilities

  • Production Planning s Scheduling
  • Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
  • Ensure optimal resource utilization and timely delivery of products.
  • Inventory s Procurement
  • Forecast material requirements and manage inventory levels.

  • Coordinate with procurement for cost-effective sourcing.

  • Process Optimization

  • Monitor production KPIs and identify areas for improvement.

  • Implement lean manufacturing and cost-reduction strategies.

  • Team Leadership

  • Supervise and train production staff.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and foster a culture of accountability.

  • Quality s Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).

  • Oversee health, safety, and environmental protocols (QHSE).

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, RCD, and sales teams.

  • Support product development and process innovation.

  • Reporting s Analysis

  • Prepare production reports and performance metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role within manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • Strong understanding of production planning, process control, and quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards, OSHA regulations, and QHSE practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
