We are currently seeking a Product Manager / Business Analyst cum Scrum Master to join our dynamic product development team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution capturing, documenting, and translating business requirements into actionable development tasks while leading teams using Agile Scrum practices.

Position Overview

The Product Manager / Business Analyst cum Scrum Master will play a dual role acting as both the functional lead to capture, refine, and validate business requirements, and as the Scrum Master, driving Agile development for both web and mobile platforms.

The role requires strong experience in web and mobile product lifecycles, Agile project management, and cross-functional collaboration with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Product Ownership

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document requirements for web and mobile applications.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with company goals.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to align business goals with user experience principles.
• Conduct process mapping and gap analysis to identify workflow optimization opportunities.
• Manage product backlog grooming and prioritization to ensure focus on high-value items.

2. Scrum Master Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams working on ReactJS (frontend), Spring Boot (backend), and React Native (mobile).

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including:

• Sprint Planning

• Daily Stand-ups
• Sprint Reviews
• Sprint Retrospectives

• Backlog Refinement

• Remove blockers and manage dependencies for smooth sprint execution.

• Track sprint progress and velocity using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and applying Agile best practices.
• Act as a servant leader, promoting self-organization and team collaboration.

3. Technical Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering leads, solution architects, and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility.
• Understand technical constraints, dependencies, and architectural considerations related to ReactJS, Spring Boot, and React Native.
• Participate in API and data integration planning between frontend, backend, and mobile layers.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to align sprint deliverables with CI/CD pipelines.

4. Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Conduct requirement walkthroughs, sprint demos, and product presentations.
• Maintain transparent communication through status updates, release notes, and delivery timelines.
• Manage change requests with structured impact analysis and prioritization.

5. Validation, Testing & Go-Live Support

• Collaborate with QA and development teams to validate features and ensure they meet requirements.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and handle feedback resolution.
• Support product go-live activities, including documentation, user training, and post-release monitoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Competencies

• 8+ years of experience in IT product development, business analysis, or project delivery.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Scrum Master in web/mobile projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks, sprint planning, and backlog management.
• Practical knowledge of ReactJS, React Native, and Java Spring Boot environments (architecture, APIs, data flow).
• Ability to translate complex business processes into actionable development requirements.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or Azure DevOps.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery pipelines.
• Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.

Technical Knowledge (Preferred but not Mandatory)

• Familiarity with frontend technologies: ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Understanding of backend systems, REST APIs, and Java/Spring Boot data models.
• Knowledge of mobile app architectures, especially React Native.
• Awareness of DevOps, Git version control, and CI/CD processes.

Educational Qualification

Preferred Certifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• Certified Product Owner (CSPO) or PMI-ACP
• Business Analysis Certifications (CBAP, CCBA)
