Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled
IT Operations Engineer
with hands-on experience in
Active Directory Server support
and IT Infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems and servers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support
    endpoints
    (desktops, laptops, IP phones).
  • Implement and administer
    servers, Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS
    .
  • Perform basic administration of
    LAN infrastructure
    (switches, firewalls, routers).
  • Handle
    1st and 2nd level IT incidents
    and service requests.
  • Conduct
    root cause analysis
    and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Utilize tools for
    capacity and availability management
    .
  • Maintain
    asset inventory
    and generate regular IT reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams for IT operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure / Server Administration.
  • Strong working knowledge of
    Active Directory, DHCP, DNS
    .
  • Experience in
    network troubleshooting
    and
    LAN management
    .
  • Proficient in
    incident management
    and
    asset tracking
    .
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility to work in multiple shifts and manage global coordination.
