Technical Skills Required

  • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and solution design.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, switches, firewalls, storage systems, AD, DNS, and file servers.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, VMware, Hyper-V, and VDI platforms.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
  • Experience in backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills across Windows/Linux environments.
  • Proven track record in IT security and compliance.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud systems.
  • Provide hands-on support for system administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to safeguard systems and data.
  • Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of end-user devices, software, and collaboration tools.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and best practices for security and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align IT with business objectives.
  • Manage vendor relationships, IT procurement, and service contracts.
  • Mentor and guide the IT support team to build technical expertise and accountability.
