Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Drive HR system implementation and process improvement.
- Act as an advisor to leadership on people-related strategies.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality and build a culture of trust and transparency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration (Master's or HR certifications are a plus).
Experience & Skills Required:
- 4–7 years of hands-on HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR tools, best practices, and labor laws.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work confidently with employees at all levels.
