Sales & Marketing Manager – Building Management Systems (BMS)
Location: Mumbai, India
Experience: 5+ years in BMS sales, marketing, or system integration
Education: Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical preferred); MBA is a plus
Role Summary
We're seeking a commercially driven and technically fluent Sales & Marketing Manager to lead global outreach for our BMS solutions. Based in Mumbai, you'll be responsible for expanding our footprint across international markets by promoting smart building technologies, forging strategic partnerships, and aligning technical capabilities with client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive BMS solution sales across regions including UAE, KSA, USA, and Southeast Asia
- Identify and onboard system integrators, MEP consultants, and facility management firms
- Develop customized proposals and pricing strategies for diverse building types (commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality)
Marketing & Brand Strategy
- Create and manage marketing assets: product banners, solution briefs, case studies, and digital campaigns
- Lead webinars, trade show participation, and LinkedIn outreach to position the brand globally
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and compelling messaging
Client Engagement & Technical Promotion
- Conduct product demos and technical presentations for BMS software, hardware, and integration capabilities
- Translate protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX, etc.) and system architecture into business value for clients
- Maintain CRM records and track campaign performance metrics
Regional Strategy & Localization
- Customize outreach strategies for target markets, considering regulatory, cultural, and technical nuances
- Coordinate multilingual content creation and localization (Japanese, Portuguese, Arabic, etc.)
- Support pre-sales and post-sales activities with global partners
Required Skills
- Technical : BMS architecture, HVAC integration, ELV systems
- Sales : Lead generation, partner onboarding, proposal development
- Marketing : Campaign design, branding, CRM tools, SEO, LinkedIn
- Communication: Fluent in English; multilingual skills a strong asset
- Strategic: Market analysis, pricing models, global expansion planning
