**Job Description: Telesales Executive**
**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers, promoting our products/services and generating new business opportunities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Research and identify potential customers
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments
- Present product/service offerings to potential customers
- Address customer inquiries and concerns
- Negotiate and close sales
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
**Requirements**:
- Graduate degree
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales or a related field
- Fluency in English (verbal and written communication)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software (preferred)
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 + performance-based incentives
