Job Title: Telesales Executive
Summary: As a Telesales Executive you will be responsible for actively reaching out to potential customers via telephone with the goal of promoting and selling products or services. Your primary objective is to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales deals over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads or generated lists.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by assessing their needs, interests, and budget constraints.
Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each prospect.
Objection Handling: Address customer objections and concerns, providing solutions and information to overcome resistance.
Closing Sales: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets by effectively closing deals.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, update customer databases, and follow up on potential leads.
Follow-up: Make follow-up calls to nurture leads and complete the sales cycle.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on call outcomes, conversion rates, and sales progress.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company policies and industry regulations, especially related to telemarketing and data protection.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree may be preferred.
Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, particularly in outbound calling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and results-driven with a passion for sales.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Resilience, patience, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
Knowledge of the product or service being offered.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
