About the Role:

We're looking for a sharp Operations & Growth Intern to work directly with the Founder, driving crucial operations, manage vendor relationships, and foundational administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outreach & Communication: M
    anaging communication channels (email, social media, phone) to onboard new partners and foster crucial B2B relationships.
  • Onboarding & Listings: Support the onboarding process for new vendors and manage existing listings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Vendor Sourcing & Vetting: Research, identify, and vet potential production vendors in select regions, assessing their suitability and building our partner network.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general operational and administrative support for high-priority tasks.

Location: Bandra West, Mumbai

Work Mode: Hybrid (Mix of In-Person and Remote)

Duration: Minimum 6 weeks. Extendable up to 12 weeks (3 months) based on performance and mutual fit.

What we're looking for in our ideal candidate:

  • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program or a recent graduate in a relevant field such as Business Administration (BBA), Management Studies (BMS), Media Management, or Operations Management.
  • A passion for the creative sector and basic knowledge about the operations of the Indian entertainment industry (or related creative fields).
  • Excellent communication skills, with verbal proficiency in both English and Hindi.
  • Must be highly organized, reliable and capable of managing meticulous administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrates proactiveness, agility, and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is required.
