· To set the sales targets overall in coordination with management

· To discuss with management for important sales and marketing strategy

· To divide sales target into product categories and geographies and contribute to overall sales targets, as well as residential and commercial & industrial users

· Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly

· Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts.

· Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

· Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and network

· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

· Ensure repeat business from solar investors

· Manages daily activities of the operational sales support function

· Conduct team meetings of sales executives and monitor business across the country

· To assist in implementing and executing the monthly, quarterly and annual sales strategy

Provides regular reporting to Management, including sales pipeline development, forecasting, key account status, market condition updates, sales results and team earnings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹60,000.00 per month
