**Role Overview**
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented **Tele Sales Executive** to join our growing team. This position involves engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone, presenting our premium product range, and building strong, lasting relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and provide comprehensive product information.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions from our product range.
- Maintain and update an organized database of customer interactions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for efficient lead management and follow-ups.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, preferences, and challenges to refine sales strategies.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- **Experience**: 1+ years in tele-sales, customer service, or related fields (experience in industrial or machinery sales is a plus).
- **Communication**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- **Personal Attributes**:
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn about our industry and products.
