You Will Work with us as a Telecaller

Your responsbilities will include making outbond calls to potential customers, following scripts, documenting customer interactions, and providing excellent customer service. Other task that you will undertake include meeting daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and ensuring that customer service standards are met.

Making calls:
As a Telecaller you will make outbound calls to potential customers and inbound calls to handle customer inquiries.

Promoting products and services:
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.

Building relationships:
Build rapport with potential clients and foster relationships with existing clients.

Documenting interactions:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document customer feedback.

Following up

Generating sales

Adhering to guidelines

Memorizing scripts etc.

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
