Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to support sales and brand objectives.
- Align trade marketing activities with sales goals to drive volume and market share.
- Plan and implement channel-specific promotions and in-store visibility campaigns.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimize product placement, promotions, and retail execution.
- Plan, execute, and manage trade schemes and promotional activities across channels.
- Manage budgets and track ROI of trade marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate the development and distribution of trade marketing materials (POSM, displays, etc.).
- Build strong working relationships with key retail and distribution partners.
- Monitor trade performance KPIs and provide actionable insights.
Preferred candidate profile
- Masters Degree.
- 5+ years of experience in trade marketing and sales, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
- Strong understanding of retail channels, shopper behavior, and trade dynamics.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive results through execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in using data to inform decisions.
- Must have advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, data analysis).
