Job Role & ResponsibilitiesPosition: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Dharwad, Karnataka

Department: Marketing & Field Support

Role SummaryThe Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for creating field-based digital content, supporting the South India sales & dealer team, managing social media platforms, generating leads, and building strong brand visibility for OJJHS AGRO. This is a field office hybrid role, requiring direct involvement in customer interactions, dealer meetings, and field activities.

Minimum 2 days per week fieldwork is mandatory.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Field Content CreationCapture field videos with farmers, dealers, machinery demonstrations, and customer testimonials
  • Create digital content from customer meetings and dealer visits
  • Shoot product demo videos, installation videos, and before-after visuals
  • Prepare short reels, product showcases, and awareness videos
  • Minimum 2 days every week must be spent in the field (dealer visits, farmer interactions, demos)
  • 2. Social Media ManagementManage daily posting on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Weekly content target:
  • 3–4 reels
  • 1 YouTube video
  • 5–6 regular posts
  • Monitor comments, messages, and incoming inquiries
  • Grow page followers, engagement, and brand visibility in South India
  • 3. Dealer & BDM Coordination (Field Team Support)Work closely with BDM – AP/TS and BDM – Tamil Nadu
  • Shoot photos/videos at dealer locations
  • Provide promotional content for dealers and franchises
  • Support field events, product demos, and dealer onboarding
  • 4. Lead Generation & Digital AdvertisingRun targeted ads for farmers and dealers in South India using:
  • Facebook Ads
  • Instagram Ads
  • YouTube Campaigns
  • Generate 20–30 digital leads per day
  • Track ad performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI
  • 5. Brand Awareness & Field PromotionCreate videos for awareness, training programs, events, and field activities
  • Cover company functions, product launches, inaugurations, meetings, and training sessions
  • Strengthen brand presence across South India
  • 6. Reporting & AnalyticsShare weekly performance reports on:
  • Reels
  • Page growth
  • Lead results
  • Video views
  • Submit monthly analytics reports to MD / Branch Incharge
  • 7. Additional ResponsibilitiesAssist in website content updates
  • Support the Rural Tetra YouTube channel (shooting editing)
  • Conduct competitor digital research
  • Manage multilingual content (Hindi / Kannada / Tamil / Telugu)
  • Skills RequiredStrong field video shooting skills
  • Video editing (CapCut, Canva, or Premiere Pro)
  • Basic graphic design using Canva
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms
  • Willingness to travel across South India
  • Good communication skills & creativity
