Role Overview

The Operations Coordinator will work directly with the COO to drive day-to-day operational governance, global coordination, and execution excellence across all regions (India, UAE, US, Europe).

This role ensures smooth cross-functional operations, timely follow-ups, data accuracy, stakeholder alignment, and proactive handling of operational risks.

The ideal candidate is process-driven, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working at a fast pace with senior leadership.

 Key Responsibilities

1. Global Operational Coordination

2. Act as the central coordination point for delivery, HR, finance, pre-sales, and regional leadership teams.

3. Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational cadences across geographies.

4. Track critical deliverables and ensure timely closures for global operational tasks.

5. COO Office Support

6. Support the COO in high-priority initiatives, escalations, and decision-making.

7. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational summaries for the COO.

8. Manage follow-ups, reminders, escalations, and action tracking for all departments.

9. Delivery Governance Support

10. Assist in monitoring delivery KPIs (GM, capacity, attrition, timesheet compliance, bench cost, billing adherence).

11. Coordinate with delivery leaders for data collection, validation, and reporting.

12. Track status of critical accounts, escalations, and governance items.

13. HR & People Operations Coordination

14. Work with HR on onboarding, engagement programs, buddy programs, ESAT, and compliance items.

15. Ensure HR processes, new joiner experience, approvals, and cross-functional workflows are executed smoothly.

16. Track attrition insights, HR escalations, and people-related operational items.

17. PMO & Reporting Responsibilities

18. Prepare executive dashboards, presentations, trackers, and reports for the COO and leadership teams.

19. Consolidate weekly project updates from delivery leaders.

20. Maintain central trackers for risks, actions, dependencies, compliance, and governance health.

21. Compliance, Security & Process Adherence

22. Work with the CISO office to ensure teams adhere to security, compliance, and data protection norms.

23. Track completion of trainings, audits, certifications, and undertakings.

24. Flag operational risks and process gaps proactively.

25. Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration

26. Draft clear, concise communication on behalf of the COO.

27. Coordinate cross-country operations (India, UAE, US, Europe) for seamless execution.

28. Schedule leadership meetings, maintain MoMs, and track next steps.

29. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

30. Identify inefficiencies in operations and suggest improvements.

31. Implement new templates, processes, and dashboards to streamline operations.
32. Support new initiatives like ODC setups, office expansions, policy rollouts, etc.

 Preferred Experience

• 2 - 3 years of experience in Operations / PMO / Delivery Coordination
• Experience working with CXOs or senior leadership teams
• Exposure to IT services/consulting environment
• Experience in multi-region/global coordination roles is a plus
• Comfortable working onsite and interacting with global teams

 Education

• Bachelor's degree /MBA preferred
• Certifications in PMO/operations would be an advantage
