Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter based in Bengaluru. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. The Recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

  • Experience in candidate sourcing, attracting, and interviewing
  • Strong understanding of the hiring process and onboarding procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Proficiency in using recruiting tools and software
  • Experience in the education industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
