Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key client accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for leading and motivating a sales team, managing sales budgets and forecasts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and achieve
    monthly target of 15,000 orders
    post-probation.
  • Identify, pitch, and onboard D2C brands, e-commerce sellers, and enterprises.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
  • Work closely with operations and customer success teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and share insights with management.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or SaaS.
  • Strong network of D2C brands/e-commerce sellers is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with high-pressure environments.
