Key Responsibilities: •       Developand implement strategies to optimize warehouse and outbound logisticsoperations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and distribution.•       Leadand mentor a team of warehouse supervisors, logistics coordinators, and otherstaff to ensure high performance and productivity.•       Overseeinventory control processes, including cycle counting, stock reconciliation,and obsolete inventory management.•       Managethe order fulfilment process to ensure accurate and on -time delivery ofcustomer orders, working closely with sales, customer service, and productionteams.•       Collaboratewith procurement and supplier management teams to optimize supplierrelationships and ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.•       Coordinatetransportation activities, including carrier selection, freight negotiation,and route optimization, to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.•       Identifyopportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the warehouseand logistics operations, implementing best practices and performance metricsto drive continuous improvement.•       Ensurecompliance with health and safety regulations and best practices within thewarehouse environment, maintaining a safe working environment for all staff.•       Developand manage departmental budgets, monitoring expenses and identifyingcost -saving opportunities to meet financial targets.•       Prepareregular reports and performance metrics to monitor key performance indicators(KPIs) and track progress against targets, providing insights andrecommendations for improvement. RequirementsRequired Qualifications:        • Bachelor's degree inlogistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a relatedfield.•       Minimum of 15 years ofexperience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in a, Consumer Durables or Appliances manufacturing environment.•       Proficiency in warehousemanagement systems (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and otherlogistics software applications and implementation.•       Proven leadership skills withthe ability to motivate and develop teams to achieve goals and objectives.•       Strong analytical andproblem -solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operationalchallenges in a fast -paced environment.•       Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively acrossdepartments and with external partners.•       Knowledge of regulatoryrequirements and best practices for warehouse operations and transportationmanagement.•       Demonstrated experience inprocess improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
