Position Overview: The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining safety, accuracy, and productivity standards. This role requires hands-on leadership to guide warehouse staff, coordinate logistics activities, and ensure smooth workflow across all shifts. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch. Plan and allocate manpower, monitor workloads, and ensure adherence to schedules. Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliations. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards. Coordinate with transport, operations, and customer service teams for timely order fulfillment. Track inbound and outbound shipments and resolve any discrepancies or delays. Monitor performance metrics such as productivity, order accuracy, and turnaround times. Train and mentor warehouse associates on processes, equipment handling, and safety norms. Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and cleanliness of premises. Generate daily/weekly reports on warehouse activities, stock status, and operational KPIs. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of MS Excel. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Problem-solving ability with attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with safety regulations and material handling equipment. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities. What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
