We are looking for

  1. Relationship Manager - M Lap (4.5 LPA)

  2. Relationship Manager - Retail (4.5 LPA)

  3. BRO – Collections (4.5 LPA)

  4. Sales Officers - Vehicle Loans (used car & used commercial vehicle)

Location : Chennai & Vellore, Coimbatore ( and all over Tamil Nadu )

Purpose of the role:

· To ensure high quality delivery of relevant Sourcing of Micro LAP & Micro Housing ranging/Mortgages from 50k to 5 Lac for our existing customers & Open Market customers as per company process & Policy.

Key Responsibilities:

· Processing & generating leads for Micro LAP & Micro Housing finance by accessing their income through personal discussion & field Visit.

· Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed

· Lead generation & conversion for existing micro finance members who require MICRO LAP or MICRO Housing

· Ensure consistent delivery of Equitas products and services and prompt repayment in an efficient and cost effective manner

· Sourcing & Completion of Loan document application form filling and follow-up to be done till disbursement stage

Desired Experience:

· Number of years of experience (range): 1-3 years

· Types of Companies/Sector worked for:- Banks/NBFCs ,Housing finance companies should have relevant experience in LAP & housing finance .

· Responsibility Managed in previous organization:- The applicant Should Have experience in Sourcing of LAP & housing products

· Languages:- Working knowledge of English and fluency in regional language of the state applying for. Ability to speak in other regional languages would be an added advantage.

· Computer/technical skills (If Any) Should be comfortable in using Excel (ability to analyze reports sent from Head Office) and email (ability to communicate clearly in written English).

Qualifications:

· Graduation: BCOM (Any stream)

· Post-graduation: MBA or any PG would be an added advantage

· Professional Qualifications: Nothing specific

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17, ₹44,240.15 per month
