Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will handle office communication, maintain records, and support various departments in administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office supplies, inventory, and procurement.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Maintain office records, files, and databases accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for office-related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Oversee office cleanliness, maintenance, and security.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
- Problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
