Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Inside Sales Executive for a full-time position at NowIntern. You will be based in Pune or Mumbai and will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. This exciting role affords you the opportunity to contribute to our growth while developing your sales prowess. Your focus will be on generating leads and managing the sales pipeline effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in inside sales (Mandatory skill) is essential for this role.
  • Experience with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and reach potential clients.
  • Strong cold calling techniques to effectively pitch our services and convert prospects into clients.
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring a steady flow of leads and follow-ups.
  • Familiarity with email automation tools like Outreach and Mailchimp to streamline communication.
  • Competency in virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams for client interactions.
  • Negotiation skills to close deals successfully and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software including Excel and Tableau for tracking sales performance and outcomes.
