Position Overview

Are you a dynamic business rep with a passion for driving revenue growth through modern and innovative strategies? Are you eager to lead by example and inspire a high-performing sales team? If so, we want you on our team Techspian is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to drive success in achieving sales targets, and spearhead modern lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities by building and nurturing relationships with prospects through various channels (phone, email, and social media).
  • Develop and execute modern demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and accelerate revenue growth. Spearhead campaigns and initiatives to generate leads, leveraging modern tools, techniques, and platforms.
  • Implement best practices and processes to optimize the inside sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and business development teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and market trends.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic partners to drive customer retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Utilize sales analytics and reporting tools to track performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Proven track record of success in inside sales leadership roles, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with modern lead generation and demand generation techniques, tools, and platforms.
  • Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and value to customers.
