Job Overview:
The Manager, Quality and Training will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our robotics curriculum in schools, ensuring that all deliverables are met, and maintaining the highest standards of quality. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships with school principals and coordinators, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and Oversee Processes:
- Ensure all processes related to the delivery of the robotics curriculum are followed.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these processes.
2. Curriculum Management:
- Ensure the robotics curriculum is delivered effectively in all assigned schools.
- Measure and maintain the quality of the program.
3. Impact Measurement:
- Assess the impact of the program on students and schools.
- Collect and analyze data to measure program success and areas for improvement.
4. Training and Development:
- Train and support robotics associates who deliver the curriculum in schools.
- Develop training materials and programs to enhance the skills of associates.
5. Record Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to school deliveries and program implementation.
6. Stakeholder Coordination:
- Coordinate with school principals and coordinators to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
7. Feedback and Improvement:
- Regularly gather feedback from schools on the program's effectiveness.
- Implement necessary changes based on feedback to continually improve the curriculum.
8. Proactive Problem-Solving:
- Quickly identify and address issues in the curriculum or delivery process.
- Adjust the curriculum as needed to ensure its success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Technology, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the education or technology sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with school staff and stakeholders.
Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
Ability to adapt quickly to changes and implement improvements efficiently.
