The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the school's human resource functions with a focus on recruitment, attendance management, and statutory compliance. The role requires ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining employee records, and contributing to a positive workplace culture aligned with the school's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Draft job descriptions, post vacancies, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
- Facilitate reference checks and background verifications.
- Organize employee induction and onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
2. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance and leave records of all staff members.
- Ensure timely updates in attendance software/records and generate monthly attendance reports.
- Address employee queries regarding leave policies and ensure adherence to school rules.
- Assist in payroll processing by providing accurate attendance data.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee personal files, contracts, and statutory documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and school HR policies.
- Handle PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Draft HR letters, memos, and official communication for staff.
- Support in policy formulation, implementation, and periodic review.
4. Employee Engagement & Support
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
- Support grievance handling in coordination with HR Manager/Principal.
- Assist in organizing staff welfare programs, workshops, and training initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Management or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the school/education sector.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, attendance management systems, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
