Summary

Quad, a leading marketing experience company and is seeking a highly motivated, creative and forward-thinking individual to partner with our HR department in the HRIS team. This is an offshore position, and the individual will be supporting the HRIS team headquartered in Sussex, WI, USA.

Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Technology Analyst to join our team and help shape the digital backbone of our HR function. In this role, you will drive automation, personalization, reporting, and configuration efforts across Oracle HCM Cloud to deliver seamless, data-driven HR experiences. Youll partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, and business functions to optimize processes, enable scalable operations, and implement innovative solutions using the latest HR tech capabilities.

This position serves as a technical and functional point of contact for the assigned functional areas.

Role & responsibilities

  • System Configuration & Optimization: Configure, maintain, and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, and Performance to align with global HR strategy.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL/PL-SQL, and Microsoft Access. Deliver real-time insights and meet compliance and business reporting needs through automated analytics.
  • User Experience and Personalization: Elevate user experience with Oracle HCM Design Studio, and Visual Builder Studio and Guided Journeys. Implement smart personalizations and walkthroughs using Oracle Guided Learning to drive engagement and system adoption.
  • Business Process Validation: Build and maintain advanced Business Rules using Visual Builder Studio and auto complete rules to validate business transactions and enhance the data integrity and minimize the need of auditing the data after the fact.
  • Automation and Data Loads: Automate complex business processes and build automated loads to support high volume transactions using Oracle HCM Cloud Spreadsheet loaders, HDL and REST API to support different business needs.
  • Workflows: Build, maintain and support a variety of Workflows needed for the business process management.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support HR and IT teams with data corrections, enhancements, and system inquiries to ensure business continuity.
  • Release Management & Testing: Support quarterly Oracle HCM Cloud updates by conducting impact assessments, regression testing, and rollout planning to ensure smooth transitions and optimal adoption of new features.

AI & Continuous Improvement and Development: Stay current with HR technology trends including AI, analytics, and digital adoption tools. Recommend forward-thinking solutions that enhance the employee experience and HR service delivery

  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for Human Resources and general customer service for employees and customers
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize work and accurately complete multiple tasks under minimal supervision and rigid time constraints
  • Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism, autonomy and maturity while working with customers across various levels of the organization. Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality
  • Self-motivated and directed with the ability to work independently or within a cross functional team in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to evaluate issues, troubleshoot and consult with the functional team to resolve system issues
  • Must use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, and provide conclusions or approaches to the job
  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborate with other leads, managers and teams to ensure successful delivery of the projects.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert to leverage HCM solutions across modules.
  • Work within a fast-paced team focused on delivering high quality solutions in an agile development environment.
  • Responsible to Support Day-to-day business enhancements and drive resolution of issues during development and post production support.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent HRIS work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of full project lifecycle experience with HCM Oracle Cloud development as a technical-functional role.
  • Strong experience in development and support activities, including initial research, design, setup, development, testing and implementation of HCM applications.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proven experience collaborating with peers to establish best practices to achieve high service levels.
  • Basic knowledge of employment legislation and data protection regulations
  • One to two years of project management experience. Experience with MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and related project delivery utilities.
